Bankruptcy Services

Your first consultation with us is always free. Once you retain us to represent you, our services include any and all subsequent meetings with you to review your financial paperwork to determine the best course of action to take. Once that determination is made, we will prepare and file the bankruptcy petition, including the Statement of Financial Affairs and all necessary schedules setting forth your assets, debts and exemptions. With a Chapter 13 filing, we'll also prepare and file your Bankruptcy Plan for approval by the Trustee. We will prepare you for the Meeting of Creditors and will attend the meeting with you. At the meeting, we will ask you various questions, in the presence of the Bankruptcy Trustee, regarding the petition and all schedules. If necessary, we will respond to any questions or inquiries by the Trustee. We will also communicate, as necessary, with any of your creditors, including preparing and completing any reaffirmation agreements. Of course, our representation also includes any and all necessary and appropriate communications with you, whether by telephone or in person, until your case is completed.
